Nelanthini Rajesan
Canadian-born engineer Nelanthini, the daughter of refugees who escaped the Tamil Genocide, has built a diverse career across various industries. Despite her professional success, her journey has been profoundly shaped by personal trauma. Growing up as a child of refugees, she faced significant challenges and hardships. Drawing on the resilience and principles instilled by her parents, Nelanthini has significantly impacted hundreds through mentoring and workshops. She now focuses on her mission of guiding individuals in reevaluating and adjusting their life choices following traumatic events or losses. She advocates for authenticity, helping women to rediscover their true selves and break free from societal expectations.
